Frugal 4 Ingredient Cobbler

Good Afternoon dear readers, we have an unusual cobbler recipe much like the generational cake.  This recipe does not need milk or eggs to activate it.  You use seltzer water has the agent. This is one of those recipes its so easy you'll be saying why didn't I think of this idea.  It's got a tang from the seltzer with the lemon coming through.  I guarantee this one will be in your recipe book its a keeper. I adapted this from allfreecasserole recipes to fit my families needs.  Here's what you'll need to make this recipe:

1 cake mix-I used lemon you can use any kind you want to complement the fruit you use.
16 oz frozen blue berries
1/2 liter seltzer water-because I could not find flavored seltzer water I added juice to it
1/3 cup lemon juice

Take a 9 by 13 baking pan grease it up.  Pour your frozen berries in the bottom covering completely. Take cake mix pour into mixing bowl adding your seltzer water and lemon juice.  Mix well and pour over berries.  Place in oven at 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour until fork comes out clean.  It tastes incredible be sure and eat it warm that's where the flavors come out.
