Conor's Memorial Day Citrusy Steak

Good Afternoon dear readers. its been a crazy week and I apologize for not posting alot.  I've had appointments and their was a possible inspection(did not get picked).  Still I was running around and making sure everything was straightened up.  Conor saw this recipe in taste of home and wanted to try it.  We've altered it to fit my families needs.  This is great to put on the grill or cook in the frying pan.  If you love oranges and lemons you will love this recipe.  It has a definitive orange and lemon flavor to it.  This is great for grilling on the Memorial Day weekend.  Here's what you'll need. Contains affiliated links see disclosure in footer.

2-lemons quartered
1-orange quartered
1-steak (2-3 lbs mine was a little smaller)
1/2 canola oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
shallow baking dish

Heat oil in frying pan.  Add your orange and lemons to the hot oil cook for 10-15 minutes.  Add the garlic to the pan and let cook 2 more minutes.  Place steak in shallow pan and poke holes in both sides of steak.  Pour oranges and lemons over steak turning over several times.  Place in fridge for overnight marinating.  Next day your ready to discard the lemons and oranges and cook steak.  Cook until done on grill or frying pan.
