Italian Chili Recipe
2 lb ground beef--this is interchangeable you can use ground turkey or go vegetarian
3 (15 oz) cans of red kidney beans undrained
2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tsp. Chopped Dried Onion
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tbs Chili Powder
1 tbs Butter
Brown meat in large soup pot or dutch oven. Drain when no longer pink. Add kidney beans and sauce and stir. Add spices and butter to pot. Stir and heat until boiling. Turn down and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy
