Taco Cheese Cracklins-Total Fail

Good Afternoon dear readers, unfortunately the cracklings were not working out.  They would not crisp up enough and had an odd taste.  So I'm not even posting the recipe or the pics its not worth it.  So sorry no cinco de mayo recipe.  I'm working on getting a new murder mystery food up this weekend.  Look for it soon.  Happy cooking and zen hugs.
