frankies attention seeking behavior

Good Morning dear readers,  Sometimes I think Frankie is part canine.  He's always insisting he has to go outside on his leash even in the heat.  He also follows me around the house and where ever I'm at he's right there.  Does your cat exhibit canine tendencies?  I wonder where that comes from and why?  Well here's is weekly pics.
